About My Challenge

Hello friends and family,
I've decided to participate in The Push-Up Challenge with my workplace to raise funds for mental health (Lifeline) by completing 3,214 push-ups or the equivalent between June 4 and 26, 2025; that's 146 push-ups or equivalents each day for 23 days.
I will be completing each day:
Round 1 - 1 push-up, 1 sit-up, 1 squat kick
Round 2 - 2 push-ups, 2 sit-ups, 2 squat kicks
Round 3 - 3 push-ups, 3 sit-ups, 3 squat kicks
... continue...
Round 10 - 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 squat kicks...
This is what we do for the Karate endurance challenge when grading! Technically, I'll be completing 165 exercises each day for 23 days!
