About My Challenge
Hi everyone, I’ll be taking part again in this years The Push-Up Challenge in support of mental health in Australia. Any support or donations would be greatly appreciated. I’m raising funds for Lifeline who provide free call support for those in dark places mentally. I’ll be doing alternating exercises this year to go easy on my shoulder injury

Every year, we answer more than 36,000 calls from people experiencing crisis. Our dedicated team of Crisis Supporters are here to listen and offer support and, where appropriate, refer people to other services that can help.
