About Our Challenge
This June, for the third year in a row, we're proud to be taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
driven by a shared belief that everyone deserves better mental health. Too many lives are lost to mental health struggles and the truth is—everyone is susceptible. This challenge gives us the chance to raise awareness, break down stigma and have real conversations about mental wellbeing. It's also about connection—bringing our community together, supporting one another and even creating space to connect with new people along the way. Every push-up we complete represents a real mental health statistic and a powerful reason to keep pushing for change.
