Back For Our Second Year
This June, we're going even bigger than we have ever before. In 2025 Push For Change raised over $1,100 for Headspace Malvern, with over 72,000 pushups completed. As a result we received free merch, an interview by Channel 10 live and a greater connection within the group. All while raising funds for a cause in need and empowering the local organisation to build the facilities that were necessary

Supporting headspace Malvern
headspace Malvern works with young people to provide support at a crucial time in their lives, to help get them back on track and strengthen their ability to manage their mental health in the future. They offer young people aged 12-25 and their family and friends a welcoming and inclusive environment, where they can access confidential mental health support, health advice and general information.
