About The Power FM / Headspace Murray Bridge Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We’re kicking off with 50 push-ups (or a movement of your choice) to raise awareness for youth mental health. at Edwards Square in Murray Bridge, Wednesday June 4th at 12:30pm! There will be a hydration station, merch and a Snap Fitness staff member to help with exercises.

Supporting headspace Murray Bridge
At headspace Murray Bridge we support young people aged 12-25 years in the local community. We provide mental health services, work and study support, physical health/ sexual health and access to alcohol and drug support services. With your donation we can support more young people and their families. Every contribution counts and together we can support more young people to grow and build on their potential.
