About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health. This is to show love and support to everyone in our community that suffers from mental health. This is to dedicated to our beautiful Molly. A warrior woman of the land and a lover of the sea. We would like to raise awareness in the community and help drive a movement towards proactive health and wellbeing. To show love and compassion for all the people who are currently experiencing mental health challenges of any level.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.
Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
