Mind Over Matters: Our Push for Change
In June, our community is coming together as Mind Over Matters @ MDL to take part in The Push-Up
We’re pushing for purpose—to help shine a spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and to raise awareness of mental health across our firm and beyond. Whether you're part of Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing or Admin, we invite you to get involved.
You can create a team, join an existing one, or simply support someone participating. Every push-up we complete between 4–26 June represents a powerful message: that mental health matters, and we’re all in this together.

Supporting headspace Capalaba
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
