About My Challenge
From 4–26 June 2025, we’re taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, completing a serious number of push-ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia.
Each push-up we do represents a life tragically lost to suicide — a powerful reminder of the real and devastating impact of untreated mental ill-health.
Too many people struggle in silence.Too many feel like they can’t ask for help. And too many lives are lost when they don’t.
That’s why we’re pushing through — to honour those we’ve lost, to support those who are struggling, and to help fund life-saving mental health services.
You can support our mission by:
💙 Donating to our fundraising page (all donations are tax-deductible)
💙 Getting involved yourself — sign up for The Push-Up Challenge, take part, and fundraise alongside us
💙 Spreading the word and starting conversations that matter
Together, let’s #PushForBetter mental health outcomes — and remind every Aussie that they’re never alone.
