About Our Challenge
Being conscious of the importance of mental health and well being in our personal and work lives, a few middle aged mates from around the world have come together to do something positive. This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
