About My Challenge

We all know how mental health can touch our lives whether directly or indirectly. It's something that affects us all, and sometimes, just having an open conversation or offering support to those around us can make a world of difference. Whether it’s with friends, family, coworkers, or organizations like Lifeline, we can help each other through the toughest moments. Lifeline is there to make sure no one ever faces their darkest times alone, offering support through phone, text, and online chat, all while spreading connection, compassion, and hope.

I’m so grateful to be part of this push-up challenge, raising awareness and funds that truly make a difference.

But even more than that, I encourage you to take a moment, just a moment to check in with someone who may need a little comfort, encouragement, or a listening ear. Sometimes, it’s the small things that have the biggest impact.

I invite you to start a conversation, make a positive change, and if you can, consider contributing. Every little bit helps. Together, we can help create a future where better mental health is within reach for everyone.

Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.

Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
