About Our Challenge
This challenge is personal.
Two years ago, I hit rock bottom — a place so dark it landed me in hospital. The weight of what I was carrying almost broke me. It didn’t just affect me; it shattered the people I love. My family. My friends. No words can ever explain the pain it caused them.
Enough is enough.
Mental health struggles are silent, invisible, and too often ignored — especially by those who feel they have to be strong for everyone else. But strength is speaking up. Strength is showing up. And sometimes, strength is simply asking someone, “Are you OK?”
We come to the gym from all walks of life — different backgrounds, beliefs, and battles. But behind every smile, every rep, every session, there’s a story. A human being doing their best to keep going.
That’s why I’m taking on 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
Because this matters. Because lives depend on it.
