This June, I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge — completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days (4th–26th June) to raise awareness and much-needed funds for mental health in Australia.
Each push-up represents a life lost to suicide in 2022 — a heartbreaking number that reminds us just how vital mental health support truly is.
This year, I’m forming a team in tribute to Joe, who took on this challenge with fierce determination every year since 2020. Even after his diagnosis, Joe continued to raise awareness and funds, completing the 2023 challenge while undergoing chemotherapy — just five months into treatment. That kind of resilience, heart, and courage made a profound impact on Noah and me, and I know it touched many of you as well. 🫶
So, let’s honour Joe’s legacy by coming together and pushing as a team — for him, for mental health, and for every life that matters.

Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
