About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.
Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

Hi Fellow Pushie, This year I was excited to push again and went for the full challenge instead of the half. While my pushups have significantly improved, my situps are still impacted by a sigmoidectomy and two c-sections. I picked the full challenge to motivate me push through the exercises needed to correct and overcome my interal scars of trauma as a symbolic gesture to mental health recovery. This year was my poorest performance. I was ill for most days and couldn’t do the exercises for most days. I missed work for over a week! I suppose my performance has become more symbolic of how mental illness can have flares in symptoms that can block success toward goals. The experience has made me reflect on the importance of recognizing effort even when faced with failure on achieving expectations because of your health. I am donating to encourage you to complete the pushups on my behalf. The $8 represents the number of days I missed work because of illness which I will donate 8 times to share the support. I am currently at the Occupational Therapy Australia conference which recently rebranded with a new ‘Stronger Together’ logo. We truly are stronger together.
