Innertia Crew is the collective power of this movement — a team of individuals united by strength, courage, and the determination to push through, for ourselves and for each other.
This June, we’re taking on The Push For Better Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and critical funds for mental health services across Australia.
Over 23 days (June 4 – June 26), we'll be completing 3,214 push-ups — a powerful tribute representing the 3,214 Australians who lost their lives to suicide in 2023.
Every push-up we complete shines a light on mental health, and every dollar raised fuels real change.
