About Our Challenge
This June, headspace Batemans Bay is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups or alternate exercises between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for youth mental health.

Supporting headspace Batemans Bay
At headspace Batemans Bay, we support young people aged 12–25 in our community. You can access support for your mental health, physical health, help with alcohol and other drugs, and work and study.
