About Our Challenge
Hi! We're headspace Shepparton! We support young people 12-25 with mental health, physical and sexual health, drug and alcohol support and work and study support.
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting headspace Shepparton
headspace Shepparton, located on Yorta Yorta land, supports young people aged 12 to 25 with mental health, physical health (including sexual health), alcohol and other drug services, and work and study support. Donations made to headspace Shepparton will help us reach even more young people and families in our community.
