About Our Challenge
This June, the Eliwana Flexcavators are digging deep for a great cause! We’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge and aiming to move a mountain of push-ups between 4 – 26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We know the importance of looking after your mental load, especially in the mining industry where pressures can really pile up. That’s why we’re banding together to support each other and help others who might be doing it tough.

Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress—impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services—including phone, text, and chat—ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2025, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
