About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing over 3k push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Like so many others, I’ve watched close friends, family members even myself struggle with mental health challenges. These experiences show how important it is to check in on the people we care about and to show up when it matters most. Mental health struggles dont look the same for everyone, but no one should have to face it alone

Supporting Lifeline Melbourne VIC
Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
