sooo i usually take on this challenge every year to honour men’s mental health and pay my dues. if you know me, you know i’ve been through my fair share (like we all have), and this is my way of giving back to those who don’t have the kind of support i’m lucky to have around me.
this year, i’ve decided to actually try raise some funds for the cause. so if you can spare a coin or two, it’d mean a lot — every bit goes a long way.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
