We’re doing push-ups for a good cause this June – and we want you to join us! 💪
From 4–26 June 2025, we’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness (and some dollars) for mental health. It’s all about having fun, getting active, and making a real difference. 🧠✨

Supporting headspace Rockhampton
At headspace Rockhampton, we provide free, confidential support for young people aged 12-25, including mental health services, work and study support, drug and alcohol counselling, access to dental health check ups and a Nurse Practitioner, as well as a variety of community awareness and education programs.
By donating or joining our team, you’ll help us grow our centre and expand our programs to support more young people in our community.
