In June, ICMS is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2024 and raise awareness of mental health. Supporting Lifeline Northern Beaches NSW
By taking on The Push-Up Challenge 2025 and fundraising for Lifeline Northern Beaches, you’ll be helping to provide vital crisis support and suicide prevention services right here in our community. Your support enables us to offer affordable counselling (15yrs+), free financial counselling, support groups, aged care visitor programs, and community training from Kirribilli to Mosman and across the Northern Beaches.
In 2025, we want to reach more people in crisis, expand our local services, and ensure that no one in our community faces their darkest moments alone. Every push-up, every conversation, and every dollar raised helps us be there when it matters most.
