About Our Challenge
In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

Your nana, Wendy and I are sister in-laws and know a young man that struggled, taking his own life.. His name was Ben... dearly missed. Even closer to hope my own grandson has used the services of headspace, with great success. For young people to know that there is help available, can be the difference between hopelessness, or hopefulness. Love and self love is always there, sometimes the view of it is clouded.
