FS & IA is Pushing For Better... (Again!)
Guess who's back for Round 3? That's right, the legendary (or perhaps just persistent) Future Student and International Admissions team is tackling The Push-Up Challenge once more!
From June 4th to 26th, 2025, we'll be trading some coffee breaks for push-up sets, aiming to complete a serious number of reps to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Why are we willingly doing thousands of push-ups? Because mental health matters!
We're not just getting slightly stronger arms; we're #pushingforbetter mental health outcomes across Australia and hoping to inspire a few healthier habits along the way – both mental and physical.
Expect a mix of impressive form, questionable form, and a whole lot of team spirit (and maybe some complaining about constant soreness).
We promise enthusiasm, effort, and probably a few laughs at our own expense!

Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
