About Our Challenge
We are completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention, encourage conversations, and raise funds for mental health support services.
The consequences of mental health affect not only the person suffering but all the mums, dads, sisters, brothers, friends, grandparents, and community around them too.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our page, or even joining us on our push up challenge in June.
All the money donated will be going towards supporting Lifeline, a national Australian charity providing 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Lifeline exists to ensure no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.
Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
