The Team Max Challenge
To raise funds and awareness for mental health, our team at work will be completing a tonne of push-ups between the 4th and the 26th of June.
On top of raising awareness, we're also doing this to help build consistency in the skill of sticking to a commitment.
There is no greater accomplishment than holding yourself accountable to your words and completing what you say you will. And this is what we hold as a core value in our team.

Supporting Lifeline Melbourne VIC
Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
