About Our Challenge
Hi All - I have started a Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups (and or alternative exercises) between 4-26 June 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
I also want to motivate myself and others to get off the couch (so to speak) and physically get moving - together let's start moving, simple steps, and slowly, yet surely, becoming fitter, stronger & more self-confident,
