Welcome all to the Push-Up Challenge, it has come to this time of year again. Based on positive feedback I am putting it out to you all again to participate.
It’s not about hitting the set target – it’s about setting your own goal and working towards it with consistency, positivity, and a sense of fun. Some of us might hit the full count, and some of us might not – and that’s absolutely okay!
Don’t let comparison steal your motivation. Celebrate your own progress, no matter how big or small. Every push-up is a win, every rep is a step forward, and every effort counts.
