Why we Pushup
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Believe it! You can do it! Even if you can't do even a single pushup, you can do squats, if you cant do that, then you can walk, it's the thought that counts,
I know i said mental health isn't something most people care about which is true, but to make the change, we have to be the change, and i think one of the biggest problems with our generation is our mental health. Be serious, when was the last time you opened up? Rarely do we feel comfortable but, doing small things like these challenges to raise awareness can help bring a more open and positive conversation around how we feel.
Me, my friends, my family, everyone in this team has all suffered through trauma, it's undeserved and unfair but living life is knowing that the past cannot be changed, like scars, they don't fade but we can grow bigger than them. This is the first step in helping and supporting Australia's growth from it's scars, not only for the teenagers of Australia, but for the whole world.
