Your Challenge ... should you choose to accept it!
This June, PAC are taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups (or other exercises) between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise awareness and funds for mental health ... and we would love staff to be involved.
Don't be putt off by the title of the challenge! Like me, you can choose to substitute push-ups for other exercises that are more accommodating of your body.
The important thing is to climb on board and take a few minutes, in small blocks across each day, to complete your chosen exercise. Each day you will be asked to complete a different number of repetitions based on a statistic on mental health shared in an email from the orgainsers.

At headspace Port Adelaide we’re here for you. We provide free and confidential support where young people aged between 12 and 25 can access qualified youth mental health professionals.
Donations made to headspace Port Adelaide will help us enhance our service accessibility and ensure our centre is a safe, warm and welcoming place for all young people.
