About Our Challenge
From Wednesday June 4th we will be leading a fitness challenge for 5 minutes at break times. The fitness challenge is where children participate in activities like push ups, star jumps, squats and more! We are doing this for all of you to get active, have lots of fun and to incorporate the Push-Up Challenge in our school. The Push–Up Challenge is to raise money for mental health charities. The challenge is from June 4th-June 26.
Whether you support at school or at home, we hope you all participate! We hope to see as many of you there as many days as possible! Let’s get active at SGP!! Sincerely from your school captains Good afternoon. On our 1st break each day (11:15), on the green area near the flags, the juniors, prep - Year 3, will participate if they want to. On second break each day (12:45), the seniors Year 4 - Year 6, also on the green area, can participate. We ask that if you see the fitness challenge running to please stay away from the green area until it's over, unless you are participating. We hope to see as many of you there as many days as possible! Let’s get active at SGP!! Sincerely, your school captains

Supporting Lifeline Western Melbourne VIC

Lifeline Western Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Western Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
