About Our Challenge
We're the Marion Sonder Team – and we're doing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to push for better mental health in Australia! 💪
A few of us have joined forces to take part in The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health – and we’re proud to be supporting headspace Marion, a service close to our hearts that supports young people with their mental health.
Over 23 days, each of us will be working toward completing 3,214 push-ups – representing the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2022. It’s a powerful reminder of why this matters.
You might even catch us doing a few push-ups on site – because we’re in this together, one rep at a time.
We're asking for your support. Every dollar you donate helps fund life-changing mental health services and initiatives through headspace Marion and beyond.

Supporting headspace Marion
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.

Massive props to Aston for pushing through so hard physically for those pushing through tough times mentally 💪🏼🖤 this weekend it would have been my beautiful friend Ben’s 30th birthday, but sadly he lost his mental health battle 7 years ago, and those of us he left behind lost a lot too. One is too many, but everyone I know has a Ben, and that’s why we need to raise what we can in our capacity - awareness, funds, and love.
