About Our Challenge
Hey all,
The Push-up challenge is upon us again.
For the 7th year in a row we have a group of North Queensland mates putting down pushups raising money and awareness for mental health.
We will each be doing 3,214 pushups from June 4th to 26th. Each pushup sadly represents a life lost to suicide in Australia in the previous year. Each day the pushups required refers to a statistics around the awareness of mental health so stay tuned for posts regarding them.
If you can spare a few dollars you can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page. Hit our link and donate to a good cause the "Push for better foundation".
