What’s happening here?

Let’s complete 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

I have made a team goal of $10, however, I have just made this to have some sort of small goal to push towards (get it, “push”)!

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Let’s work together, one push-up at a time towards supporting the mental health of many Australians!

Supporting Lifeline WA

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA

Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.

At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress—impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.

Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services—including phone, text, and chat—ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2025, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.

By taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping Lifeline WA provide life-saving support across our vast state. Every push-up counts. Every conversation matters.
