This June, we're hitting the ground and the floor as we take on The Push-Up Challenge — smashing out push-ups from 4–26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Australia.
We're not just flexing for fun, every push-up counts towards real change. Each rep represents a real stat in mental health, and we’re here to raise not just our heart rates, but also funds for vital mental health services.
