This June our gym is taking on THE PUSH-UP CHALLENGE!
We spend everyday working on our physical health and sometimes forget to spare a thought for our mental health. Therefore, MHC is tackling The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness & funds.
From June 4th-26th, we'll no longer just be pushing our friendly demeanors, we'll be pushing the Earth.
