About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
For the 3rd year running, we are doing this to honour the memory of Daniel Balfour, lost to suicide in 2023, forever loved and missed, he gives us reason to #PushForBetter mental health in Australia.
