Supporting Lifeline Loddon Mallee VIC

Push for Better with Lifeline Loddon Mallee!
The Push-Up Challenge is more than just a fitness challenge—it’s a movement for mental health awareness. This year, Lifeline Loddon Mallee is proud to be one of its beneficiaries, working to highlight the impact of suicide in our local community.
Every push-up completed represents a life lost to suicide, reminding us why mental health support is so vital. The funds raised will help Lifeline Loddon Mallee continue providing 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services. Importantly, these funds will go towards training new volunteer crisis supporters for our Bendigo and Mildura Call Centres, ensuring that more people in our region have access to life-saving support when they need it most.
Get involved, challenge yourself, and make a real difference for mental health in Loddon Mallee!
