About Our Interagency Grad Team
We’re banding together - grads from police, planning, health, and everywhere in-between, to smash out 3,249 push-ups during The Push-Up Challenge (4-26 June 2025).
It’s a friendly face-off where every rep sparks a convo about mental health and raises vital funds for services supporting Aussies. If you're keen to get involved, chip in a donation or jump on the team for some laughs and bragging rights, all while raising awareness.

Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress—impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services—including phone, text, and chat—ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2025, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
