In June, the headspace Newcastle Youth Reference Group is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting headspace Newcastle
At headspace Newcastle we provide mental health support for young people aged 12 -25 years. Young people attending our centre can also access physical health support as well as Work and Study and Drug and Alcohol programs. We rely on our community to continue to deliver innovative, creative and active programs to young people who access our service. Every push- up completed means a big deal to a young person at headspace Newcastle. Thank you!
