At Fire Block Plans, we’re proud to be taking on the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness for mental health.
Every day, we work to keep people safe through clear, effective fire safety plans, but safety isn’t just about buildings and emergencies. It’s also about looking after each other, especially when it comes to mental health.
We know that mental health affects us all, whether directly or through someone we care about. By participating in this challenge, we're doing our part to break the stigma, spark conversations, and support much-needed mental health services across Australia.
Every push-up we complete represents a life impacted by mental illness. We’re pushing for stronger minds, stronger support systems, and a stronger community.

Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW
Lifeline Eastern Suburbs - Bondi is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Bondi to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
