This June, we’re stepping up for The Push-Up Challenge from June 4–26, 2025—pushing ourselves physically to make a difference mentally. Every push-up we complete is more than just a workout; it’s a way to raise awareness, break the stigma, and support vital mental health initiatives in Australia.
