About Our Challenge
Get ready to feel the burn—for a great cause! E-LAB Consulting is flexing more than just our business muscles this month as we jump into The Push-Up Challenge in support of Lifeline. That’s right—we’re trading keyboards for push-ups to raise awareness (and heart rates) for mental health and suicide prevention.
From the boardroom to the break room, our team is pushing through one rep at a time, showing that when it comes to supporting Lifeline’s life-saving work, we’re all in—sweatbands and all. Follow our journey, cheer us on, or even join us. Because every push-up counts, and every life matters.
Supporting Lifeline
Lifeline exists to ensure no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.
Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
