About Our Challenge
Invisible challenges are sometimes the hardest to recognise and affect us the most. Archie and I want to help raise awareness in our community. We recognise this challenge could seem insurmountable, but not unlike mental health issues, we can chip away at it a little bit at a time and we will get there. Never give up!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
