Dadbury doing what they can one press up at a time!
We are just a group of normal blokes from Padbury and the surrounding suburbs of 6025 who have been brought together through the amazing creation of Dadbury!
Dadbury its self is a community group who give their time to those who need a hand, be it cleaning gardens, painting walls, getting the Christmas decorations up or helping with community initiatives.
But also it provides us all with a chance to come together, giving back and being part of something special.
The group is our own support network and so it seemed right to channel our inner Arnold and do what we can to raise some money for WA Lifeline!!!!!!!
You might not ever know that someone close to you needs help or has sought help, but WA lifeline might!
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress—impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services—including phone, text, and chat—ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2025, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
By taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping Lifeline WA provide life-saving support across our vast state. Every push-up counts. Every conversation matters.
