About Our Challenge
From June 4-26, our BHS community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. An initiative that is driven by some of our student leaders. Together, with anyone who is willing to join the push the aim is to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health.
To join our community you can create a team of your own, join a team or support/follow along someone else who is taking part.
Would be unreal if you could push yourself to in turn help us push for better mental health in Australia.

The Push For Better Foundation raises awareness and engages people in mental health through connection, education and health and wellbeing. We #pushforbetter.
