About Our Challenge
The Being Wear team is pushing for better mental health this June.
From June 4–26, we’re taking on 3,214 push-ups in 23 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge — one for every life lost to suicide in Australia in 2023. As a small startup yet to launch to market, we know the toll stress can take, and we believe movement and exercise is a powerful way to manage the tough stuff.
But not everyone has the tools or support they need. That’s why we’re raising funds and awareness to help change the conversation around mental health — before it’s too late.

Supporting Lifeline
Lifeline exists to ensure no person in Australia has to face their toughest moments alone.
Our crisis support services are available 24/7 to listen, without judgement, to any person in Australia who is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing crisis or longs to be heard.
Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
