Baimbridge Bandicoots Push-up (or Squats) Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge between 4-26 June, 2025 to help improve our wellbeing and awareness for mental health.
This year we are thinking about good habits and how to manage your goals.
The Push-Up Challenge is good in so many mays:
- Mental health awareness
- Core Strength and stability
- Achieving success
- Managing goals
- Groups striving toward common goals
It is accessible for all:
- Do the full or half challenge.
- Use alternate exercises (squats, sit ups, lunges, triceps dips) to help achieve each daily total. (we are encouraging lots of students to do Squats as well/instead this year)
- Recruit a friend or family members to help achieve.
- Break each daily total into smaller chunks
