About Our Challenge
We're joining the Push-Up Challenge! 💪🧠
This year, BFT Hoppers Crossing is getting behind the Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and support for mental health. As a studio, we’ll be doing 10 push-ups after every class to show our commitment and spark conversation around mental wellbeing.
