2214 push ups for good in 23 days
This year, I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge alongside the Australian Beach Handball Team and my team at Vitality Golf Performance, raising awareness and funds for mental health.
Mental health struggles affect all walks of life — athletes, clients, friends, and family. It’s a cause that means a lot to all of us.
We’re doing this in memory of our former Australian beach handball coach, Patrik Weiss, who showed incredible dedication to this challenge every year. Patrik wasn’t just a coach — he was a passionate advocate for those doing it tough. His commitment to mental health and supporting others left a lasting legacy, and we’re proud to carry that forward.
Every push-up represents someone’s story, someone’s battle — and a reminder that none of us are alone.

Experience shows us it is through connection that we can find hope. With Australians struggling with cost-of-living pressures, increasing inflation, housing insecurity, global instability, and recovery after extreme weather events, our crisis support services have remained in high demand with our voice and text services receiving up to 4,000 contacts a day from help seekers. Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge plays a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
