This June, taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups that I really don’t want to do, is a reminder that we always have a choice. The team name is in recognition and love of my mum, who despite the barriers she has faced, she is ‘Always pushing forWARD’ for her community, her family and her children.
